Our principles
Each app starts with a specific merchant problem. Its purpose should be easy to understand, from the first screen to the everyday workflow.
Useful defaults are a starting point. Merchants should be able to inspect settings, understand automated actions, and decide what runs.
Request only the access a product needs. Keep each app’s permissions separate and use merchant and customer data for a clear purpose.
